Our biogas flare is available in both manual and automatic control.
Tower body with double sleeve structure, equipped with pressure, temperature, gas, air blowing, ignition, flame detection and other self-controlled devices and allocated systems, for outdoor design, all-weather operation.
1) Three levels of Pressure Detection System:
One advantage of our company’s biogas flare lies in the design of three levels of pressure control program (usually one or two pressure levels). Automatic control of start and stop by three levels of pressure detection system improves the accuracy and reliability of the torch ignition control.
To start with, 1st stage pressure switch design for corresponding pressure value (our company generally design as a test pressure 500 pa, the pressure value can be user-designed), when the biogas pipeline pressure reaches the set value, ignition device automatically starts and gas valves group open. The main valve starts after the fire ignited.
Further more, while the gas pipe line pressure attains within the detection range of the rear two stage pressure detectors, the main torch runs giant fire by controling air blowing volume and automatic configuration on fuel consumption volume.
2) Ignition System:
While ignition condition presents, the kinding is ignited by high pressure ignitor. Iigniter is composed of ignition transformer, high pressure ignition rod, high tension ignition wire, thermocouple and stainless steel waterproof and dampproof components.
3) Manually operation:
Our biogas flare has two modes of automatic and manual operation, so you can manually start/stop besides automatically starting/stopping. Manual operational is generally used in torch debugging and fault detection, which is not affected by the pressure and gas volume. Manual operation can be done in a test and a state of emergency.
4) Automatic Ignition & Flame Tracking/ Flame out protection System:
With programmed three levels of pipe line pressure detection, when the pipe line pressure value reaches the lower limit, biogas flare automatically starts low ignition; when the pressure runs up to the high limits, flare starts giant fires and blower system automatically work.
Additionally, a temperature sensing method is used to detect whether the torch is ignited or not. When the torch is not ignited, the valve group is automatically cut off and the ignition is reset again.
