1. Gas-liquid separator/ Water vapour scrubber/ Biogas dryer

 

Introduction:

In the raw biogas produced in the process of anaerobic fermentation, there is massive water vapour mixed. Due to temperature/pressure change and dew point depression during pipe transportation, water vapour is condensed into water which caused two-phase flow in delivery system. System resistance increases and the pipeline is even declined to be blocked off. The function of gas liquid  separator is to filter moisture/water vapour by the method of cold separation, thus eliminating the hidden danger during the biogas transmission.

 

 

Principle:

 

Our company own designed high-efficiency gas-water separator is based on the principle of cold separation method and in addition developed a unique packing system through which the gas and liquid two-phase disperse into many tiny bubbles, droplets or liquid film. This increases the contact area of gas/liquid and higher removal efficiency of gas dehydaration.

2. Biogas desulfurization tower/ H2S Scrubber

Introduction:

H2S is a toxic and corrosive gas and its concentration in raw biogas may vary based on the feedstock. H2S in biogas has to be reduced to harmless level to protect the downstream processes and equipments as well as toxicity to human health.

 

Our dry desulfurization equipment can used in the purification system of biogas, farm, starch, papermaking, sewage treatment, alcohol, chemical fiber, pharmacy, fertilizer, coking, landfill, coal gas, natural gas, ceramics, food, maize further processing, citric acid, and other industries.

Desulfurizer:

 

The desulfurization tower makes use of high effective desulfurizer to remove H2S. Biogas is led through a media composed of woodchips and iron oxide or hydroxide. H2S is removed as iron oxides react with sulfides (H2S) to produce iron sulfide. Bed can be regenerated several times before requiring replacement.

Anticorrosion treatment:

 

The inner surface of desulfurization tower uses advanced anti-rust technology making the combination of epoxy resin anticorrosive coating and tank body more strengthen, which prolongs the lifetime of equipment. The H2S content in the device outlet is low to less than 200mg/Nm3 up to emission standard.
